63rd RRCA National Convention : April 15-18, 2021 : Orlando, Florida: GO TO: https://www.rrca.org/convention
The Road Runners Club of America (RRCA) is optimistically planning for an in-person convention for April 15-18, 2021 in Orlando, Florida. We are committed to protecting the health and safety of our attendees, RRCA staff, board members, and venue staff throughout the planning and event hosting process.
Over the coming months we will be monitoring the status of the COVID-19 pandemic and will remain in regular communication with the team at Sheraton Orlando Lake Buena Vista Resort to ensure we can produce a safe, in-person function that meets the guidelines for group gatherings in the event’s jurisdiction.
During the registration process, you will be asked to agree to the Personal Accountability and Responsibility Commitments in addition to the waiver of participation. RRCA Convention attendees agree to abide by and engage in certain safe and healthy conduct while attending the event. This includes, but is not limited to, submitting to daily temperature checks, wearing a mask at all times in public areas, engaging in appropriate physical distancing, and not attending the event if you are ill or have been recently exposed to COVID-19. If you are not willing or are uncomfortable agreeing to these commitments, we kindly ask that you wait until next year and register for the 2022 convention (which will also be in Orlando).
We will be offering registration refunds if an attendee withdraws from the event before April 12. After April 12, if you are feeling sick or have been exposed, STAY HOME. We will credit your registration to 2022 if you can’t attend due to illness/exposure that emerges after April 12. If we are forced to cancel due to COVID-19 restrictions, we will provide refunds for registered attendees.

LEVEL 1 IN-PERSON COACH CERT. COURSE:
The course will take place
Friday, April 16 and Saturday, April 17, 2021.
The fee for the in-person Convention course is $475.
Registration will be capped at 20 participants to ensure adequate physical distancing within the course classroom. Additional seats may be added if the RRCA and Sheraton deem it safe to do so.

The 63rd RRCA National Convention is on Thursday April 15, 2021 to Sunday April 18, 2021. It includes the following events: 63rd RRCA National Convention, 63rd RRCA National Convention - Saturday, One-Day Pass, and 63rd RRCA National Convention + Level I Coaching Certification Course.
