Join us for an inclusive virtual workout designed for individuals of all ability levels and led by our experienced personal trainer and adaptive exercise specialist, Melissa DeChellis.

Whether you’re new to exercise or looking to stay active, this supportive class is designed to meet you where you are. Every movement can be adapted to your unique needs, making fitness fun, empowering, and accessible for everyone.

Exercises can be performed seated, standing, or on an exercise mat, with or without braces or prosthetics—whatever feels most comfortable and works best for you.

If you have a resistance band or a pair of hand weights, bring them along! Don’t have any equipment? No problem—two bottles of water or a couple of canned goods make great substitutes. We adapt, so you can too!
We can’t wait to move with you. We hope to see you there!
