🌍💙 International Day of Persons with Disabilities

Today, we honor the strength, resilience, and brilliance of the disability community — and the power we hold when we lift each other up.

At Adaptively Abled, we believe advocacy is not a solo journey.
It is a collective movement — one built through shared stories, peer support, and the simple but powerful truth that every person deserves to be seen, heard, included, and empowered.

Every support group we hold, every adaptive workout, every moment of peer encouragement, every Get Well card sent — it all speaks to one message:

We rise higher when we rise together.

On this International Day of Persons with Disabilities, we recommit to:
✨ Advocating as a community, not just as individuals
✨ Breaking down barriers to fitness, wellness, and belonging
✨ Creating spaces where disability is not an obstacle, but a source of strength
✨ Celebrating every voice, every body, every journey

To our members across 44 states and 3 countries — thank you for showing the world what true community looks like. Your courage, leadership, and authenticity inspire us every day.

💙 Here’s to continuing the work.
💙 Here’s to showing up for one another.
💙 Here’s to a future where accessibility isn’t optional — it’s expected.

Together, we are Adaptively Abled.
Together, we advocate.
Together, we thrive.

🧡 It’s Giving Tuesday — and even though we’re arriving a little later than planned, our gratitude and hope are stronger than ever.

Many of you know I’ve been under the weather, but one thing illness can’t dim is the incredible light of this community. Today isn’t just about giving — it’s about recognizing the strength, courage, and compassion that define Adaptively Abled.

✨ This year, our nonprofit supported individuals across 44 states and 3 countries through:
• Support groups & peer support
• Community events and social gatherings
• Adaptive group workouts
• Adaptive yoga
• Our 8-week fitness & wellness program
• The Get Well Fund — sending cards, encouragement, and hope during hard moments

Every message, every class, every connection — this community makes a real difference.
And today, we’re asking for your help to continue that impact.

If Adaptively Abled has touched your life or the life of someone you love, we’d be honored if you’d support our Giving Tuesday campaign.
Your gift helps us lift more people, reach more states, and strengthen the inclusive, compassionate world we’re building together.

🧡 Donate | Share | Comment | Encourage — it all matters.
Thank you for being the heart of this mission. Together, we rise.

🍁🧡 Happy Thanksgiving, Adaptively Abled Family!

Today, our hearts are overflowing with gratitude — for you.
For every athlete who shows up with courage.
For every volunteer who gives their time and heart.
For every caregiver, supporter, donor, and community member who believes in a world where fitness, empowerment, and inclusion belong to everyone.

This year, we’ve witnessed incredible strength, shared countless smiles, and built a community that lifts one another up — on the hard days, the breakthrough days, and every day in between. You remind us that when people come together with purpose and compassion, real transformation happens.

As we look toward Giving Tuesday, we’re filled with gratitude for the generosity that keeps our mission moving. Whether you show support through a donation, a share, a kind word, or simply by being here with us — you are part of creating accessible fitness and adaptive opportunities for all.

Thank you for helping us build a stronger, kinder, more inclusive world.
From our Adaptively Abled family to yours, we wish you a warm, healthy, joy-filled Thanksgiving. 🧡✨
