Capital Impact Partners was proud to join fellow CDFIs Shared Capital Cooperative, Local Enterprise Assistance Fund, and Rochdale Capital in financing La Montañita Food Co-op's new location in Albuquerque, New Mexico, supporting local ownership, jobs, and economic opportunity.

The Kresge Foundation highlights this project as an example of the important role Credit Development Financial Institutions play in supporting community-owned businesses and why continued investment in these lenders matters.

🍽️ A new culinary hub is officially open in Providence, Road Island! 🎉
Hope & Main recently celebrated the ribbon-cutting for West End Kitchens, transforming a long-vacant property into shared commercial kitchens and production space designed to help local food entrepreneurs start and grow their businesses.

Capital Impact Partners was proud to help finance the approximately $10 million project alongside the Providence Business Loan Fund and Rhode Island Housing's Acquisition and Revitalization Program.

Congratulations to our partners at InspereX on surpassing $5 billion in impact investment underwriting and distribution! We’re proud to be part of that story. In 2017, Capital Impact Partners became the first Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) to work with InspereX to underwrite and distribute programmatic debt, which helped expand access to investments that seek both financial returns and measurable community impact.

Today, Capital Impact Investment Notes continue to give individual and institutional investors an opportunity to put their capital to work supporting affordable housing, health care, education, small businesses, and other critical needs in communities nationwide.
