Five-Star Toastmasters - Club # 9623 Five-Star Toastmasters allows participants to hone their speaking and leadership skills in a no-pressure atmosphere. Most people stay because it's FUN !

There is no instructor in a Toastmasters meeting. Instead, members evaluate one another’s presentations. We are a diverse community group who get together each week to improve our confidence, speaking AND leadership skills. Many people join to overcome their fear of public speaking, to build their confidence or because they need to improve their presentation skills for work. Our Toastmasters club

is like a laboratory - a place to safely experiment. Try, get positive feedback and suggestions and try again.

It's been 7 months since we've posted on our club's FB page. Hope that everyone is wrapping up a great 2025. Let 5 Star Toastmasters help you start 2026 by becoming a better communicator through our virtual 6-week SpeechCraft one-hour sessions, each Monday, 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM EST, from Jan 5 - Feb 23, 2026 (with breaks on Jan 19 and Feb 16). At our 11/13/23 meeting, we did very serious table topics about Veterans we know/knew. (Thanks to Toastmater Sue.) And we had a very un-serious speech from Toastmaster Katharine, who spoke about the best way to learn about port wines. Cheers to all!
