'Since coming on board, what has surprised or inspired you most about LCA’s impact? “What inspires me the most about LCA is the wonderful ripple effect it creates. LCA isn’t just about developing individual leaders; it genuinely nurtures the whole Arlington community by bringing people from different sectors together, fostering meaningful relationships, and inspiring leaders to use their influence to serve others. Watching those connections blossom into collaboration and positive change has been truly inspiring and powerful, " says Kimberly Graves of Arlington Public Schools.
