The veterans featured in this Pew story are such an inspiration. Give it a read! Just last year, over 4,000 veterans and first responders were engaged through their TU chapter. No doubt that we hosted these events and activities for our nations heroes to serve them, but the clear service-orientation of so many of these TU Service Partnership participants bodes well for our coldwater streams too! It had all the drama of a March Madness game, and in the end Army nailed the buzzer be**er with 1:06 remaining to win the final 65" - 55". So much fun was had by all! Proud to be a part of this first-ever event! A huge thanks to West Point - The U.S. Military Academy, United States Naval Academy, The Raritan Inn Bed & Breakfast, Shannon's Fly and Tackle Shop, and Tightline Productions for making this special day happen!

On Saturday, October 30, the Trout Unlimited Service Partnership will be hosting the First Annual Army-Navy Fly Fishing Competition at the The Raritan Inn Bed & Breakfast in Califon, NJ between the United States Naval Academy Midshipmen and the Cadets of Army West Point. Tickets are still available through the attached flyer, and include lunch! Come out and support this amazing event and these two great institutions!
