If you live on or have passed through Bevan Drive this week you may have noticed work being performed on the fence near the rail road tracks on August 15, 16, and 17.

We repaired a 16 foot section of fence that was blown over by storms this summer, removed and set a new fence post, and replaced 23 fence pickets that were damaged or had graffiti on them.

The work was performed by HOA President Dan Parent, HOA Board Member Beau Hollingsworth, and resident Jason Layton at a significant labor cost savings (free!) and minimal cost for materials.

We'd also like to thank several residents on Bevan Dr. for letting us use their water and outlets.

Who's doing the yard sale this weekend?! Any volunteers to re-post signs? I think we still have a couple posted but will need a few more. I will re-post on Craigslist on Thur and Fri.
