We're proud to announce that our Executive Director, April Wade Turk, has been selected to join Nuclear Matters' inaugural class of Nuclear State Champions!
This program recognizes state leaders – policymakers, regulators, advocates, and energy officials – who are committed to advancing nuclear energy as a critical part of our clean energy future. April joins more than 150 honorees across 40+ states, including Virginia's own former Glenn Youngkin, @ Sen. David Marsden, Del. Israel O'Quinn, and Judge Jehmal Hudson of the Virginia State Corporation Commission.
