Restore Hope

Restore Hope We restore hope to people worldwide through Christ-centered church-based proclamation and service.

Our vision is to restore hope to individuals and communities through Christ-centered, church-based proclamation and service. We aim to see the physical, spiritual, social and economic needs of vulnerable communities met through collaborative efforts with churches, community leaders, and other organizations. We provide resources and training to help local churches send their members to serve in mission cross-culturally among the poor, the hurting and the hopeless.

Hope was alive at Walnut Creek Country Club in Mansfield, Texas, yesterday as Restore Hope friends and supporters gathered for a great day of golf at our annual Holes for Hope golf benefit. With 160 golfers plus 30 staff and volunteers, everyone played hard and gave generously in support of Restore Hope’s mission and work around the globe. Thank you to our sponsors, players, volunteers, and friends who gathered and gave to restore hope to individuals and communities worldwide through Christ-centered church-based holistic gospel ministries.

Restore Hope recently partnered with a local West African church-planting organization to help expand their reach into unreached villages. Through this collaboration, 17 motorbikes were provided, equipping church planters to travel farther, faster, and share the hope of the gospel with communities that might otherwise remain untouched.

It’s incredible to see how practical support can open doors for lasting impact. If you’d like to be part of making stories like this possible, consider giving to support ongoing outreach efforts. https://restorehope-bloom.kindful.com/?campaign=1315112

He is risen. ✝

Today, we celebrate the greatest hope the world has ever known: that death was defeated and life was made new through Jesus. No matter what this season holds, Easter reminds us that redemption is real, grace is abundant, and hope is never lost.

At the Ascent Summit today, grateful to gather with leaders who are passionate about strengthening the local church and advancing the gospel.

Encouraged by the conversations, the vision, and the reminder that we’re better when we work together for the sake of the Kingdom.

When a new child who is orphaned enters a sponsorship program, you can’t help but dream dreams about what God will do through his or her life. Restoring hope to a child who has experienced such great loss comes in the forms of caregiving, education, food, healthcare, clothing, counseling, spiritual nurture, and Christian community. But ultimately, after graduation from high school, Restore Hope offers orphans an opportunity to obtain higher education through the Restore Hope Orphan Higher Education Program (OHEP). Many of our sponsored orphans have completed higher education and are engaged in meaningful vocations and ministries. This would not be possible without the love, compassion, and resources provided by orphan sponsors. It takes a village. You can be a part of that village!

Everyone loves a great story! Stories are powerful because the listener "feels the narrative", not just hears it. Stories are remembered up to 22x more than just facts and figures. Stories bring clarity to a vision and inspire action.

Have you heard someone describe a recent mission trip or local outreach in terms of "what we did" rather than "what God is doing"? What a missed opportunity!

As mission mobilizers, we must equip our people to tell great stories about what God is doing in and through the global church. This webinar, Telling His Story Through Yours: A Simple Framework for Faith-Filled Storytelling is for mission leaders who want to empower believers to craft simple yet effective stories that inspire, encourage, and keep God as the central focus.

Presented by: Julie Johnson Novara, freelance content strategist, copywriter, and content consultant

When: Thursday, January 22 from 10:00-11:15 AM Central.

This online missions round table will be super practical, and you can immediately start using what you learned as you lead at your church and beyond. It will be worth your time!
