The end of summer often means kids going back to school, cooler days and nights ahead, and the start of w**d pollen season!

W**d pollen season typically starts in late summer and lasts until the first frost. So people with w**d pollen allergies may experience symptoms like sneezing, itchy, watery eyes, and a stuffy nose for several weeks or even months.

Now is the time to start treatment to manage your w**d pollen allergy symptoms.

As paint dries, it can release potentially harmful chemicals and gases, called volatile organic compounds (VOCs), into the air. VOCs can trigger asthma and allergies.

"My nasal polyps caused nasal congestion that felt constant, which made it difficult to breathe through my nose and fully enjoy things. I'd been fairly athletic my whole life, but with the impact of nasal polyps on my breathing, I wasn't exactly eager to go out and run long distances.

The solution always seemed to be to just remove the polyps. That seemed great at first, but I started to get concerned when I had to keep having them removed again, and again. I'd get maybe six, nine months of relief, and then it all came back. I remember thinking, ‘Wait a minute, I can’t have surgery so often.’ I pushed to explore a different path and worked through other options with my doctor. And I'm so grateful that it made a huge difference."
