As we wrap up our Meet the Leadership series, we’re proud to introduce the woman at the helm of PathForward, Betsy Frantz.

Since 2020, Betsy has led PathForward with heart, vision, and an unwavering belief that we can end homelessness in Arlington. She is a connector, a champion for our community and a fierce advocate for our neighbors who need us most.

We’re grateful for her leadership, her energy and the big heart she brings to this work every day.

Jen Bakos has been part of the PathForward community for years, first joining us as a volunteer on our inaugural No Place Like Home committee. Since then, her commitment to serving our Arlington neighbors has only grown.

A longtime Arlington resident, marketing strategist, and dedicated community volunteer, Jen brings creativity, heart, and a deep love for our community to PathForward’s Board of Directors.
