Starmont Music Association & Fine Arts Starmont Music Association & Fine Arts is an organization run by parents of Starmont students in 7-12 grade band, choir and fine arts programs.

SMA-FA oversees the indoor concession stand at Starmont Schools. All monies earned are used to fund the needs of Starmont School Districts Music and Fine Arts programs by purchasing needed items such as: instruments, music, cameras, tvs, sound systems, and art supplies. Throughout the years we have dry cleaned the band uniforms/choir robes on a rotating basis. We have purchased new uniforms when they need to be replaced. SMA-FA has given many scholarships each year to students who are actively involved in all areas of music and fine arts who are planning to further their education. We have a Board of Directors who meet several times a year to discuss funding requests and what we can do to help our school community. Students work in the concession stand to earn money to help pay for their music trip that is scheduled every four years. School clubs also work a few events in the concession stand for a percentage of the money earned at the event to help the clubs raise money for their needs.
