The day is finally here!! See you at 10am in the VHC Healing Garden! Come gather and show your support in combating perinatal mood disorders. Postpartum depression, anxiety, and psychosis are the most common complications in childbearing, and most who struggle do so in silence and alone with little support. Today’s climb aims to shed light on this darkness and speak up by showing up together as a community.

Plus we got coffee and donuts and popcorn and free hugs!
