Day 1 and 2 highlights here at LANPAC! The Senior Enlisted Panel, moderated by Rob Abernethy, brought together incredible leaders to discuss the vital role Senior NCOs play in driving continuous transformation across the force. From empowering change and developing tomorrow’s leaders to fostering innovation on the front lines and embedding a relentless learning mindset — the discussion highlighted the strength of collaboration across the Indo-Pacific.
Thank you to all the panelists, attendees, and partners who continue investing in Soldiers, NCOs, and the Total Army team.
We also appreciate the opportunity to connect during the USARPAC CSM SEL Social at Fort Shafter, proudly sponsored by Veterans United.

Last week at Fort Hood, SMA (Ret.) Dan Dailey led another Soldier Life Skills Event focused on practical, real wold knowledge that Soldiers can carry with them long after the day ended. Teaming up with they helped 15 Soldiers and serviced 13 vehicles.

Programs like this give Soldiers skills outside of the military to build confidence, save money and reinforce the kind of readiness that goes beyond the uniform.

Created to boost morale of ground troops, General George C Marshall wanted a medal that would recognize “heroic or meritorious service” for those serving in the infantry.

Can you name the Soldier awarded 8 Bronze Stars? Let us know in the comments!

Do you know how long most Soldiers serve before transitioning out?🤔

Two weeks ago, we had an outstanding visit with the Fort Leavenworth Chapter!

Day 1 started with breakfast at the Depot, followed by cookie deliveries to community partners across town always a big hit. We wrapped up the first day with an NCO LPD at the Lewis & Clark Center.

Day 2 We started with a Brown Bag Lunch & Learn at KU ROTC, sitting down with cadets who showed up with sharp questions and solid energy. Then the afternoon turned into cookie-delivery mode stopping by our community partners as we ended the day with a great evening social with our senior NCOs sponsored by our chapter. A full day of conversations, connections, and a little sweetness along the way.

Grateful for this community and the impact they make every day!

The Army’s BEST Observer-Coach/Trainers are stepping up to the challenge, showcasing their knowledge, precision, and leadership. Every event pushes them to the limit, demanding the same standard they hold Soldiers to in the field. The question is: who will set themselves apart as the BEST? 👀
