Well, talk about your “(un?)identified flying sewage storm”!

THIS was thoroughly PREVENTABLE — SOOOOOO many questions on How/Why could/did it have to happen, starting with:

•Where are the crossing gates?
•With that crossing being UNgated, how/why is the RR Speed Limit so high?
•How did that clown behind the wheel of the truck NOT SEE OR HEAR that train approaching when, clearly, the serendipitous videographer could & did(!)…?
