🌟 Huge Shout-Out to Midtown Athletic Club! 🚀💪

This Saturday morning, our Arrow of Light Scouts had an amazing fitness experience at Midtown Athletic Club—and WOW, did they deliver! Tyler and Jonathan went above and beyond, leading the scouts through an action-packed session filled with:

✅ Warm-ups & dynamic stretching
✅ Strength training – squatting with weights, rowing machine, land presses
✅ Med ball rotational throws
✅ Obstacle course challenge – sprinting, tire throws, high jumps, low jumps, running with a kettlebell, pushing a weighted sled, and a final sprint to the finish line—all timed for added fun!
✅ And the big surprise – Midtown treated our scouts to complimentary smoothies at their café! 🥤🔥

This was Midtown’s first time hosting the Scouts, and they were beyond prepared—bringing energy, expertise, and an incredible experience for the kids. We can’t thank Tyler, Jonathan, and the entire Midtown team enough for making this event so special!
