Troop 37 - Arlington Heights Scouts

Troop 37 - Arlington Heights Scouts Troop 37 is an award-winning Scouting BSA troop in Arlington Heights, IL with Scouts from throughout the northwest suburbs.

We are in the Five Creeks District of Pathway to Adventure Council. Troop 37 is Scout-led which means our Scouts plan the activities and earn their badges and ranks. The troop has earned multiple honors including:
- Northwoods District Troop of the Year.
- Most Eagle Scouts in District.
- Arlington Heights Hearts of Gold Ken Bonder Beautification Award.
- Camp Napowan Honor Troop. Outings and e

vents are held every month of the year with recent adventures including:
- Charter boat fishing on Lake Michigan with camping at Andrae-Kohler Park, Wisconsin.
- Canoeing and primitive camping at Boundary Waters, Minnesota.
- Caving and camping at Maquoketa Caves, Iowa.
- Hiking, rock climbing and camping at Devils Lake, Wisconsin.
- White water rafting and camping on the Menominee River, Wisconsin.
- Kayaking and fishing on the Galena River, Illinois with camping at Apple River State Park.
- Backpack hiking and camping on the Ice Age Trail, Wisconsin.
- Skiing and snowboarding at Devils Head and at Cascade Mountain, Wisconsin.
- Snow Camping at Camp Crown.
- Summer camp at Camp Napowan. Our sponsor is the Lutheran Laymens League of St. Peter Lutheran Church, Arlington Heights, IL.
