Who’s looking for a cutie patootie little dude? Well than look no further than Phil! Phil is a 7 1/2 month old terrier mix who weighs about 16 pounds. Phil was picked up as a stray and we can’t believe no one claimed him! Despite being on his own and abandoned, this pint sized guy has not let that get him down. He’s very loving and sweet as well as smart. He is super curious about other dogs. He also loves to go for walks and snuggle on the couch. We think Phil will fit right in any family. If you’d like to meet Phil, drop by during open hours or call us to make an appointment!

Say hello to Lucille! Lucille is a 4 year old lab terrier mix who weighs about 25 pounds. Lucille came to Buddy very shy and scared but she has really come out of her shell lately. She loves to go for walks, snuggle on the couch and get lots of behind the ear scratches and belly rubs. Lucille has a confident disposition, is very smart and is very loving. Say hello to Stella. Stella is a 1-2 year old lab/terrier mix who weighs about 15 lbs. Stella is an adorable young dog who loves nothing more than attention and affection - well except maybe playing fetch in the yard! She walks great on a leash and is super curious about other dogs. And while she may be petite, her personality is very big! Stella is a vivacious girl who would make an excellent addition to any home! Meet Ranger! Ranger is a border collie/lab mix who’s about a year old and weighs 40 pounds. Do you like to go for long walks, play with toys and snuggle on the couch? Say hello to Heidi! Heidi is a 3 year old husky mix who weighs about 50 pounds. Heidi came to us months ago as a stray that her former owner refused to pick up. We were happy to take her in and even more delighted when we found out she was pregnant- she is the mother of Hans the white floof ball that was adopted a few months ago. Heidi was an excellent Mama to Hans but now she’s looking for her furever home where she can be pampered and relax. She is quite shy with new people but she will be your best friend when she warms up to you. She is curious about other dogs, walks great on a leash and loves to play with toys in our yard. Heidi has captured the hearts of all of our volunteers and we just know she will capture yours. If you’d like to meet Heidi, please call to make an appointment (no walk ins for this sweet girl).

Shasta was young and pregnant and living outside when she was brought indoors to have her babies this summer. At first, Shasta was very scared; and because she was a good mama, she was extremely protective of her babies. But as time went on and her babies grew, she relaxed and learned to trust. Shasta is still a little bit shy, but she is a beautiful and sweet girl who is ready for her forever home.

Georgia the Yorkie came to us neglected and in very poor condition with a very long and matted coat. After a bath and grooming she was transformed into this beautiful pup. This is the lucky family who adopted her and took her home . Have the best life sweet Georgia. 🐶
