Instructions to Houston Recreation Area in Winston County, Alabama.

From Hwy 278, West of Addison, Turn South on Co Rd 63 at Houston Grocery & Tackle.

Take Co Rd 63 South to Houston and turn southwest on Co Rd 61, immediately past Chef Troy's.

Continue Southwest to the Houston Recreation Area sign on the Right. Turn in and follow road to the boat ramp.

From Arley, Take Co Rd 41 North take turn northwest on Co rd 63 toward Houston.

Once in Houston turn Southwest on Co Rd 61 before Chef Troy's.

Continue southwest to the Houston Recreation Area sign on the right. Turn and follow road to boat ramp.

Googling Houston Boat Ramp will take you across the lake far from the actual ramp. Do not recommend using GPS.

Time from Addison: 20 minutes
Time from Arley: 15 minutes

Dates: 14th and 15th of November .
Time: 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Location: Kings Boat Docks.
Address: 202 Co Rd 4007 Crane Hill, 35053.
GPS: 34° 02' 11" N. 87° 07' 43" W.
About 1 mile north of Rock Creek Marina.
Come down Co Rd 4006 from either direction, turn onto Co Rd 222 and stay left, down to the boat ramp. This is in Winston County, Not Co Rd 222 in Cullman County.

Lunch will be served.
Bring your own life vest. If you don't have one, one will be provided.
Alabama Power will provide pontoons, pickup bags and grabbers.

We hope to see you there!
