Dolly Parton's Imagination Library of Clark County, Arkansas is the signature project of the Rotary Club of Arkadelphia-Sunrise with the support of the Rotary Clubs of Arkadelphia and Gurdon. Our book gifting program, an affiliate of Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, provides every Clark County child under the age of five with the opportunity to receive a free, new, age-appropriate book in their mailbox every month.
