💚🔑 Self-Denial 2026 — Day 1 🔑💚
“The Key is Always in God’s Hand!”

Today is about realization and awakening. Sometimes we spend so much time waiting on God to give us something new, when He is calling us to recognize what He has already placed inside of us.

✨ Today’s Challenge:
Stand before a mirror and slowly speak five identity statements rooted in God’s truth over your life.

Examples:
• I am chosen.
• I am equipped.
• I am capable.
• I am called.
• I am trusted by God.

After each statement, pause and ask yourself:
“Do I truly believe this?”

Then invite God into every place of doubt, fear, or resistance. Speak those declarations again, this time with confidence and authority. 🙌🏽

As we continue this Self-Denial journey together, let us surrender insecurity, fear, and limitation, and embrace the identity God has already given us. The key has always been in His hand. 🔑💚

💚🔓 Self-Denial 2026: Unlocking Me: I Surrender 🔓💚

The 12th Episcopal District YPD invites you to join us for a special week of prayer, reflection, fellowship, and intentional growth during our Connectional Self-Denial observance, May 7–14, 2026.

✨ Be on the lookout throughout the week for daily activities, encouragement, and opportunities to participate as we journey together in surrendering ourselves fully to God.

🚶🏽‍♀️🚶🏽‍♂️ Special Closing Activity:
Join us on Thursday, May 14, 2026 at 7:00 PM CST for a Zoom gathering as we take an intentional walk outdoors together in unity, reflection, and prayer.
