My fellow Veterans, last night during the city council meeting, action item #9 that the council discussed was the purchase of 100 additonal American flags to be displayed along our roadways during Veterans Day weekend . Each flag is $50, so we are looking at $5,000 total for 100 new flags. These would be 3x5 standard flags that are staked into the ground. I would like us as a group to raise as much money as possible for the city so that we can display as many flags as possible during Veterans Day. The flags could also be used for Memorial and 4th of July. I will personally contribute $250 (5 flags) towards our goal. The link to the council meeting last night is below. I
am not here to discuss politics or anything of that nature, I only want to try and help support our Vets and I think this will be amazing for our town. Please reach out to me directly if you have questions or want to donate.
