September's camping trip was to the Alabama Gold Camp in Lineville. There was a club there from North Alabama and they helped us learn the ropes and told us where to look for garnets. The scouts had a great time.

The Troop's current oldest scout worked on his Eagle Project at Camp Tekakwitha in Springville. He moved a gate so that it will allow easier access to the dumpster and will prevent vehicles from driving around the gate.
