Allie Gash is leading Ardmore Young Professionals with a passion for community, connection, and growth. As a local entrepreneur and the owner of multiple businesses, she brings real-world experience in marketing, branding, and building something from the ground up.

Her heart is in helping others succeed, whether that’s supporting local businesses or creating spaces that bring people together.

When she’s not working, you can find her spending time with her family, chasing new adventures, and making the most out of every moment 🤍

Victoria Chapman Strate is bringing creativity, grit, and heart to AYP as our Vice President. From entrepreneurship to design, and everything in between, she’s building something meaningful not just in her work, but right here in our community.

With roots in hard work and a passion for supporting others, Victoria is all about connection, growth, and showing up for the people around her and we’re so lucky to have her leading alongside us 🤍

Come meet Lorraine S. Acevedo-Cardona! She serves as the Secretary for Ardmore Young Professionals! 👏

With a strong background in public health and a passion for serving others, Lorraine brings both leadership and heart to everything she does. From developing programs that support our community’s wellbeing to her years of experience in health and emergency response, her impact is felt far beyond the workplace.

Meet Alex 👋

Originally from the shores of Lake Michigan, Alex made his way to Ardmore in 2022 and has been making an impact ever since. With a background in Mechanical Engineering and a role as Quality Engineer and Supervisor at the EJ Ardmore Foundry, he brings both brains and leadership to the table.

As our Sports Chair and Member at Large, Alex helps keep things moving and makes sure there’s always something fun to be a part of!
