πŸ“Έ **Photography Workshop Success!** 🌿

Last week, we had a wonderful turnout for our Photography Workshop at Regional Park by the City Lake! It was great to see so many participants, including both 4-H members and non-members, along with the Trailblazers group from HFV Wilson.

The workshop was led by Ella, one of our outstanding teen leaders, who did a fantastic job guiding participants as they explored photography skills in a beautiful outdoor setting. πŸ“·

A special highlight of the day was Brooklyn bringing her show rabbitβ€”everyone loved getting to meet and interact with it! 🐰

Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make this event such a fun and engaging experience. We look forward to more opportunities like this in the future!

The Science of Journaling πŸ“”πŸ–ŠοΈ

Journaling isn't just writing β€” it's a way to actually understand what's going on in your head and express yourself. Words, doodles, whatever works for you. No rules, no grades. Journaling has real benefits for your mental health! People who journal can manage their stress better and can better understand their own emotions.

Writing about our feelings can help with problem-solving and clarity. If you aren’t sure where to start, you can try one of these.

-Copy down lyrics or a quote and write about what it means to you
-Tell the story of a hard thing you got through
-Write about one person or thing that you are grateful for
-Draw how you are feeling. You don’t have to use words to use a journal.

Registration has been extended until June 10th. Register on ZSuite today!

Join us in congratulating Hannah Butler, a graduating senior from Lone Grove High School, on her outstanding accomplishments! πŸŽ“πŸŽ‰
