2026 Sunshine Industries Scarecrow is officially in place and ready for judging! 🎃🍂

A huge thank-you to Kimberly Snow for all your hard work, dedication, and creativity! ❤️ We also want to give a special thank-you to Jessica and Kayli Madison Richardson for coming out this afternoon to help finish everything up, as well as the three individuals who lent a helping hand.

Some of our crew got to go enjoy watching The Pride of Oklahoma Marching Band at Noble Stadium on Friday! 🥁🎺

They got a front-row look at the band’s pregame and halftime performances before they headed south for the OU/Texas game! 🏈❤️

We love opportunities like this that get our crew out in the community, making memories, and experiencing something special right here in Ardmore! 🤩

If you’re looking for a hunting buddy, Michael is your guy! 🦌

Michael is part of our road crew here at Sunshine, but you’ll also find him helping keep our yard and flower gardens looking their best. 🌻

And when he’s not hard at work? He’s hoping for a cold day so he can get out and go hunting. According to Michael, those are the best kind of days!

We’ll let you in on one of our secrets: we keep a Road Crew Member at front, then another a little behind them, and then another behind them! That helps us scan and get as much as we can!

Betty Jo Jopling was a Die Hard OU fan, Dr Pepper enthusiast, Loved WWE, and a Friend to all. She may have been little, but she was mighty & a force of nature. She never had a problem telling you how she felt & would hug & kiss you afterward. Betty Jo loved everyone she came in contact with, but none other than her Honey Jeff. She will be missed by all that knew her.
Sunshine wishes to acknowledge and thank Thelesa Taylor for stepping in and helping Betty Jo when she needed someone in her corner.
Services will be Monday 8/31/2026 - 10am at Harvey Douglas Funeral Home in Ardmore, OK. Visitation is on Sunday 4-5.

We are a local nonprofit in Ardmore that serves adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. From helping them live more independently, to building life skills, and participating in their community. Our mission is to enable people with developmental disabilities to achieve their full potential and an enhanced quality of life.☀️
