Designed for Muslim teen girls ages 12 to 17, RabaTEENS is a nurturing space for Islamic learning and spiritual mentorship, where teens can grow confidently in their faith, learn from compassionate mentors, and connect with a supportive community.

📚 This Fall, there’s so much to explore! From Quran and hifdh to hadith, sirah, salah, history, wellbeing, strategic thinking, literature, improv, and personal development, our lineup offers something for a wide range of interests.

Whether your teen is looking to strengthen her relationship with Allah ﷻ, explore new skills, express her creativity, or simply find a supportive space to grow and belong, there’s something for everyone, inshaAllah. 💕

RabaTEENS classes are taught by women with a deep love for Allah ﷻ and His Prophet ﷺ, including doctors, scholars, educators, artists, coaches, and professionals from a variety of fields. It’s a space where teens can ask questions, learn, grow, and build meaningful connections with inspiring Muslim women. 🌷

Last week, Anse Dr. Tamara Gray spoke at the graduation of the fourth cohort of Ribaat Academic Institute. 46 graduates demonstrated that Muslim women are hungry to learn, capable of excellence, willing to work, and eager to serve.

The graduation also marks the beginning of our new chapter. Ribaat Academic Institute is now Ribāṭ Riverstead, a home for lifelong learning, and Ribāṭ University Ribāṭ University, offering degrees and certificates for those ready to commit to a full program.

The door to positive cultural change is wide open!

Anse Tamara Gray answers a question about what you should do when you feel held 'back' by your partner.

Her answer isn't about fixing him or her, it's about you. Be the one who's spiritually stronger in that moment, and find righteous companionship that will keep you strong enough to pull others up instead of getting dragged down.

Anse also reminds us not to belittle. One day you may be the one who needs someone to pull you up too. Share this with someone who could benefit from it.

Anse Dr. Tamara Gray talks about the important of raising children with purpose. As parents, we need to set the examples out loud so our children can make those connections automatically.

But you can't model a purpose you don't have, so don't forget to work on that for yourself first!
