We are kicking off 2024 with a great speaker and workshop! This hands-on one-day program will introduce some of the latest additions to Photoshop, including generative fill, remove tool, content-aware tool, and neural filters. In addition, Michael will explore both the new and old tools to shorten your workflow and enhance your art.

Students should bring a laptop loaded with the latest version of Photoshop prior to the class. There will not be time in class to download the program. Please bring a tablet or external mouse for editing. (Whichever you already use)

Learn How To:

Use keywords to optimize generative fill
Replace distracting regions in your image using the Remove tool
Expand a background with the content-aware tool
Apply Neural filters that dramatically reduce difficult workflows
Create Templates for composites
Generate framing matts for image competition
Swap heads in ten minutes or less
Replace sky in 3 easy steps
Setup your laptop for maximum performance
This is a participant-driven class, so bring your questions, and Michael will customize the class for the attendees.

Used Photography Gear Buy Back Program

PPSV is working with KEH to provide you an easy way to get money for your used gear.

The Process

To reserve a time, please email Sandra Harris at [email protected]. Please list out the items you want to sell and include your phone number. Sandra will call you and provide you an appointment time. On the day of the event, if you need to cancel please text John Izumi at 818-497-4946.

Walk-ins are welcome, but you may need to wait in your car.

What Gear is Accepted and Not Accepted

• All digital and film bodies and lenses are accepted as long as they are in good working condition. Please no darkroom, lighting or studio equipment, or point and shoot cameras.

• Special arrangements can be made for a large number of items or collections. Please inquire.

For everyone’s safety please wear a mask. After each visit the area will be wiped down.
