That’s why we love mobilizing local missionaries: they bring the Good News through trust, proximity, and faithful presence. Through the relationships already built.

Not every moment of evangelism looks dramatic. Sometimes it’s a short conversation. A tract received. A question asked. A door opened just a crack.
Our missionaries spend month after month sowing seeds. Through children’s home visits, prayer in families’ living rooms, and street conversations with people who are searching for hope. And even when we don’t see instant results, we believe this: God is the One who makes the seeds grow.

In I Corinthians 3:6-7 Paul writes:
“I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God has been making it grow. 7 So neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow.”

Would you pray today for the seeds planted recently? That God would cause them to take root, grow strong, and bear lasting fruit?

This month, let’s pray in ways that strengthen what God is already doing through Phokos missionaries. 🙏

Pray for follow-up discipleship to go deep
As people hear the Gospel and respond, pray that new believers will be connected to a healthy Christian community, grounded in Scripture, and supported as they grow.

Pray for compassion ministry to open hearts
Pray that every act of care—whether food support, prayer in homes, or practical help—would soften hearts and point people to Jesus as the true source of hope.

Pray for Spirit-led conversations
Ask God to guide missionaries to the right people at the right time, giving them wisdom, courage, and clarity as they share Christ one conversation at a time.

One testimony from Pakistan said it simply: “Once I was lost, but through this ministry I received a new life in Christ.” 💛

That’s what we’re praying and working for, again and again. Not just moments of inspiration, but real salvation and lasting discipleship that results in people’s lives being forever changed.

Keep praying with us for the people God is drawing in, and for the missionaries walking beside them after the “yes.” 🙏

April in Pakistan was marked by a powerful theme: God is opening hearts to His gift of salvation. 🇵🇰

Multiple gatherings were held throughout the month where many people came with sincere hearts seeking repentance, renewal, and encouragement. After each meeting, the team went out to share the Gospel, and by God’s grace, several people accepted Jesus as Savior.

Providing practical support to the community, the team distributed food to 30 families, and didn’t stop there. They prayed with each family, shared the love of Christ, and reminded them that God sees them and is near.

The Pakistan team also visited 70 homes throughout the month, praying for the sick, encouraging families, and sharing the Gospel. These visits strengthened relationships and created space for the Word of God to be received in familiar, safe environments.

April in India was filled with resurrection hope—and real transformation. 🕊️
💛 During a Good Friday service, 15 people chose to follow Jesus and were baptized.
💛 Practical needs were met, showing God’s love through a medical camp that served over 100 homeless neighbors who were sick and in need after heavy storms hit the area.
💛 A village Gospel meeting gathered over 200 people, and 9 responded in repentance and faith.
We’re celebrating the life-change that happened in India throughout last month!

In April, our Kenya team stepped into Easter weekend with a simple prayer: “Lord, let us embody the message we proclaim.”
On Good Friday the team went to Place of Grace Children’s Home. They were welcomed warmly by the matron and had the chance to encourage the children one by one—reminding them that Easter means new beginnings and that they are deeply loved by the risen Savior.

Then the monday after Easter, they visited House of Mercy Children's Home. They shared stories and then sang songs of praise that filled the room with hope. The team shared Scripture, spoke identity over the kids—children of the King—and closed by praying for every child and caregiver.

During Easter Saturday evangelism, the team met people who were open and receptive to the Gospel. One man, David, realized he had religion—but not a saving relationship with Jesus—and he chose to surrender his life to Christ. Others listened, asked questions, and even requested ongoing follow-up for spiritual growth.
April was a reminder that the resurrection isn’t only something we celebrate—it’s something we carry in our call to make disciples.
