Hamilton Heights Youth Assistance received a $38,000 grant from Hamilton County Community Foundation (HCCF) to further their programming and support their mission. HCCF, established in 1991, is a $140 million public foundation working to mobilize people, ideas and investment to make this a community where every individual has an equitable opportunity to reach their full potential. The foundation aims to build a community where opportunity meets growth for everyone, and philanthropic efforts support nonprofit organizations doing vital work. The grant funds from the Hamilton County Community Foundation will be used to continue and strengthen our programming within the Hamilton Heights School District. This support will allow us to expand the resources and services we provide to local families, helping us better meet their needs and create lasting positive impacts in our community.
HHYAP is sincerely grateful for the Hamilton County Community Foundation's continued support and partnership. Their investment in our mission makes possible for us to serve more families and strengthen our community together.

Community partnerships make a lasting impact.
Hamilton Heights Youth Assistance Program was proud to partner with the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office for this years Shop with a Cop event. Through this partnership, we provided new shoes for 18 Hamilton Heights Youth Assistance Program students, helping them start the school year with confidence and the support of caring community members.
A big thank you to the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office and everyone who helped make this special day possible. Together, we're investing in the success of our local youth.

Become a Lunch Mentor at Hamilton Heights Elementary!
Do you have one free lunch period each week? You could make a lasting impact by spending that time with a K–4 student as a lunch mentor. Sometimes the most meaningful support comes from simply showing up, sharing a meal, and being a consistent, caring adult. If you know someone who would enjoy encouraging a young student whether they're a local business professional, pastor, first responder, retiree, or community member, we would love for you to share this opportunity with them.

As the school year gets underway, take a few moments each day to check in with your child. A simple conversation about how they're feeling can make a big difference and help them feel supported.

✨ Back-to-School Success Starts with Community.
We are grateful to have partnered with White River Christian Church – Hamilton North Campus for a Back-to-School Night to help local students start the school year with confidence.
Through this partnership, Hamilton Heights Youth Assistance Program provided shoe gift cards for 57 students, helping ensure they have one less thing to worry about as they head back to the classroom.

Heights families. Together, we are making a difference, one student at a time.

In 2025, we were honored to support 66 kids through a variety of programs designed to meet families where they are and provide meaningful support when it’s needed most. From 44 Camp/Pro Social students, 40 tutoring students, and 30 grief group participants, to 106+ students supported through holiday giving, each number
represents a child who was seen, supported, and cared for by our community. These outcomes are made possible through strong partnerships, dedicated volunteers, and the continued support of our community. Thank you for helping us make this impact
