Our NWTF banquet will be Saturday March 7, 2026. Place your ticket order online or you can reach out to Erin Nugent or Cole Brewer directly.

As always there will be table gifts for the larger table sponsorships. Reach out and we will explain how they work this year!

Very thankful to all that came out and contributed to the banquet. We enjoyed seeing everyone and we hope everyone had a great time.

Tomorrow is our first banquet since Hurricane Ian, we are excited to get the chapter going again and look forward to seeing everyone there. If you haven’t bought a ticket yet, we did order extra meals to account for walk in members. Please feel free to purchase a ticket before the event. We look forward to seeing you there!

We have to have the final catering numbers by Thursday August 15, 2024.

We will order a few extra plates, but to guarantee your steak dinner please purchase your tickets as soon as possible. We will otherwise serve dinner on a first come first serve basis. Don't miss out on a great meal!

Thank you all for liking or following our page! Hopefully you will be able to attend the event on August 22nd!

Our caterer requires us to provide a head count for the steak dinner. The final date for us to send numbers is next Thursday!

Please get the word out and rsvp early so we can make sure everyone is well fed the night of the event!

We are having our first banquet since Hurricane Ian!

There will be live auction, raffle and silent auction items up for grabs as well as a few exciting fishing and hunting trips!

The event will be held at the Arcadia Elks Lodge.
