Our Story

Peace River Valley Citrus Growers Association was founded in June of 1993 by commercial citrus growers from DeSoto, Hardee, Manatee and Sarasota counties. In 2001 the association enlarged its territory to include the northern portion of Charlotte county when local issues compelled Charlotte growers to seek membership within our association. Grower members serve on the board of directors and on our committees supplying direction.
