🚗 Need a ride? We can help. We're offering free Lyft rides to eligible residents across Southeast Louisiana. If you're income-limited and need transportation to a doctor's appointment, work, the grocery store, or another essential destination, we've got you covered.

📞 Call Hoa at 504-827-6858 to schedule a ride.

🕘 Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–4 p.m.

📍 Available in Jefferson, Orleans, Plaquemines, St. Bernard, St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, and Washington parishes.

We are so grateful to everyone who helped make our Health Fair a success, from our incredible vendors and partners to every community member who attended.

One of the best parts of the day was distributing over FOUR huge pallets of food to our food pantry clients and anyone in the community who needed assistance.

Thank you for helping us build a healthier, stronger community. We couldn't do it without you! ❤️
