Had a great turnout for our annual Thanksgiving Day Turkey Shoot!! The kids got in on the action as well as the adults. Thank you to everyone who came out today to support this event. From our family here at Arab VFW Post 6226 and Auxiliary we wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving!!

PS: We'll continue our Saturday morning turkey shoot this Saturday and continue the rest of the year.

Had a great Veterans Day Program yesterday. The cool temps kept some in but good turn out nevertheless. Big thank you to our guest speaker Arab High School Senior Cadet LTC McKenna Durham, Arab JROTC Battalion Commander. Miss Presley Hemphill for singing our National Anthem and God Bless America, our local Scouts leading the Pledge of Allegiance, and the Marshall County Sheriff's Rifle Honor Guard providing the 21 Gun Salute.
