Hiring Seasonal Farm Workers – Aquasco, MD 🌱
A Heart 4 People Farm is looking for reliable help during our peak growing season.
Pay: $16–$20/hr
Hours: 7am–12pm (Wed–Fri, choose 2–3 days/week)
Season: ASAP through November
Location: Aquasco, MD (Southern Maryland)
Work Includes:
• Harvesting veggies
• Weeding & mulching
• Field maintenance
• Trellising & irrigation support
• Picking & packing produce
Requirements:
• Outdoor or farm work experience preferred
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Reliable & self‑motivated

Our volunteer day on May 25th was a huge success, thanks to the tireless efforts of our amazing volunteers ! Not only did we make great strides, but each volunteer also got to transplant their very own organic Jericho romaine lettuce seedling. We can't thank you all enough! 💚💚💚
