Take your practice up a notch with mat Pilates that blends bodyweight work, dumbbells, and resistance bands for a stronger, more sculpting session than our regular yoga classes. Led by our own Kate Giampapa, this class builds core strength and total-body tone in a supportive, all-levels setting.

The postpartum period is one of the most transformative—and often overlooked—times in the parenting journey. While so much focus is placed on preparing for birth, many families enter the first weeks after baby arrives without the support, knowledge, or systems they truly need.

This workshop is designed to gently guide you in preparing for the realities of postpartum life—so you can move through those early weeks feeling more supported, nourished, and grounded.

Together, we’ll explore what to expect physically, emotionally, and practically after birth, including:

The natural rhythms of newborn life and early feeding
Physical recovery and the body’s healing process
Postpartum emotions, identity shifts, and mental health
Nourishment for healing and sustaining your body
Newborn sleep patterns and realistic expectations
The importance of rest—and how to actually make it possible

We’ll also focus on something often missing in modern parenting culture: building your village. You’ll be guided in creating a personalized postpartum support plan, including:

Identifying your inner circle and care team
Setting boundaries and communicating your needs
Preparing your home and daily rhythms for ease
Organizing meals, rest, and hands-on support
Learning to trust your intuition as a parent
