ACF Fox Valley Competition Update

We are excited to announce that we have been approved to offer the following wildcard categories at the ACF Fox Valley Competition:

W-COY
W-PCOY
SW-SCOY
SWP-SPCOY

These categories will be added to the competition registration site soon. Competitors in these wildcard divisions will follow the same criteria and standards as the 2027 ACF Regional Qualifiers for Chef of the Year, Pastry Chef of the Year, Student Chef of the Year, and Student Pastry Chef of the Year. Please refer to the ACF competition guidelines for category requirements and details.

We look forward to welcoming competitors as they prepare for regional competition and showcase their talents at Fox Valley this December!

Volunteering for the rainy Fox Cities Marathon Kids Fun Run at the Timber Rattlers Stadium.
6 chefs, 600 Mac and cheese portions (240 # !!), scooped in 43 minutes!

National Chef Appreciation Week | September 14-18, 2026

This week, we celebrate the chefs who did more than teach recipes and techniques. We honor the mentors who opened doors, shared their wisdom, and gave others their first opportunity to step into the kitchen.
