Calling all Webelos and Arrow of Light Scouts! Webelos/AOL Pin Day will be held on Saturday, November 7th, 2026 from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM at the Fox Valley Technical College (FVTC), 1825 N. Bluemound Dr in Appleton. Pins will be taught by some of our local Scouts BSA Troops and the available Pins are listed below.
There will be a “Meet the Troops” event happening at lunch in the commons area, where many Gathering Waters Scouts BSA Troops will have a display table set up. Webelos/Arrow of Light scouts and their parents are encouraged to interact with the troops to help them see how they do scouting at the next level. Even if you do not sign up for Pin Day, you are welcome to come in and meet the troops from 11:45am-12:45pm.
Adults will also have an opportunity to attend a “Webelos to Scouts BSA Transition” presentation from 8:00am-9:00am and be able to attend adult leader training sessions throughout the day (sign up in the Pin Day registration) at no cost. Other adult leader trainings will include Cub Scout Leader Training, so if you are a new leader, make sure to attend this training!
Parents should NOT expect to attend the Adventure Pins with their scout and can plan to pick up their scout at the end of their last session, in room A170A at 2:30pm. Please have your scout bring a water bottle with them and mark their name on it somewhere as well.
