🍳 Breakfast at Pillars’ Adult Shelter is no small task!

Mornings can be busy, from waking clients up to preparing a hearty breakfast for 55 people and helping everyone get ready to start their day.

Recently, these two wonderful volunteers from St. Joseph Parish rolled up their sleeves, and jumped in to help with breakfast and kitchen duties. Our Pillars staff can’t thank them enough for lending a helping hand!

💪 There’s nothing stronger than a community that shows up for one another! These ladies brought the muscle, the helping hands, and the heart.

To ALL our volunteers: thank you for giving your time, sharing your talents, and making a difference in the lives of the people we serve. We couldn’t do what we do without you! ❤️

Take a look at the video created by Image Studios for our Keys to Hope Fundraiser. We wanted to shine a light on some of Pillars’ housing programs—and, most importantly, the people who make these programs so meaningful.

When housing is affordable and stable, individuals and families have the opportunity to focus on what matters most: building a better future.

We were honored to have our Development Manager and Administrative/Executive Assistant represent Pillars at the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region 40th anniversary luncheon! 🎉

To celebrate 40 years of giving back, 40 local nonprofits each received a $10,000 grant—including Pillars! 💙

We are incredibly grateful for this generous gift and the continued investment in our mission and the people we serve.

-Tuesdays and Thursdays we are looking for volunteers for Inventory Assistants.

-Everyday (from 7:30 a.m. – 9 p.m.) our Adult and Family Shelter is in need of filling shifts for Front Desk Assistants.

This is what community looks like. ❤️

Rally for the Valley in Menasha on Saturday was inspiring, healing, and a powerful reminder of what happens when we come together after hard times.

The spirit of generosity—and the gratitude—was incredible. Thank you to everyone who organized, donated, sponsored, volunteered, and showed up to rally around our neighbors and support tornado relief efforts.

This is community at its best.
