Join us this Friday, October 16 for a FREE night at the BFK hosted by Children's Wisconsin! From 5 - 7pm, the museum will transform into a Teddy Bear Urgent Care where you'll get to bring your favorite teddy bear or stuffed animal for a check-up, help your stuffed friend earn a sticker for being a brave patient, explore themed activities, and enjoy a night of after-hours play at the BFK. Each child will receive a free teddy bear keychain, and parents will receive a bag with resources from Children's Wisconsin.

This event is free for all families, and no pre-registration is required. We'll see you there!

Show off your Halloween costume at the BFK! Join us on Saturday, October 31 from 9am - 4pm for our annual Halloween Bash and celebrate the season with a day full of spooky fun, including monster making in The Studio and monster trap building in The Lab.

A treasured painting has disappeared, and you're invited to help us solve the mystery at our next Building for Grown-ups event, sponsored by Amano Print House! During this adult-only night, the museum will transform into the scene of an art heist, and it's up to you to complete challenges, follow clues, and work together to uncover the truth behind the missing masterpiece. This event will also feature a catered dinner, a cash bar, and an after party to celebrate a case well-solved with your fellow detectives.

But who stole the painting? Everyone has a motive, and everyone is a suspect. Follow our social media in the coming weeks as we reveal more about the missing masterpiece, share clues, and introduce the colorful cast of characters at the center of the mystery.
