Research shows that the age of is a critical turning point in the direction of a young person's life. The teen years are filled with many critical choices that shape the lives of youth for today, tomorrow and in regards to their faith, for eternity. That is why we need organizations like Life Promotions. For more than 30 years, Bob Lenz and the staff of Life Promotions have provided programs and outreach events that impact the lives of youth in ways no one else can. Through school programs, faith-based community outreaches and youth-driven events like Lifest and Power of One, this amazing organization is literally changing the lives of thousands of young people each year. I know of no other organization that is more effective in reaching youth and changing lives than Life Promotions. I want to be a part of that, and I hope you do too. On June 12, 2012 I will play holes for at the 12th Annual Life Promotions Charity Golf Outing. We’d love to take some time today to pray for those impacted by the hurricanes down south. Everything we’ve seen about Helene and now Milton has been absolutely devastating. 🙏

The latest news says Hurricane Milton is expected to make landfall today/tonight, and our hearts are heavy for all those in its path. But we know that the God who has the power to calm the storms will calm this one too. We’re setting aside some time at 7 PM Central Time today to pray—if anyone would like to join from wherever you are, we can lift them up together.
