Last week, we gathered to celebrate WisconSibs Program Manager Tessa as she prepares for her deployment. While we will miss her IMMENSELY at SOAR, we are so incredibly proud of her. ⭐️ Please join us in thanking her for her service and wishing her a safe deployment, meaningful experiences, and a successful year ahead. We look forward to welcoming her back when her deployment is complete! ❤️💙

IMPORTANT SUMMER GAMES UPDATE: Sad news for our track athletes today, but please watch for additional updates. Cross your fingers and toes for better weather in Whitewater.

🚨 STATE GAMES Event Update for Friday, June 5 🚨

Due to unsafe track conditions, no track events will take place at Palmyra High School on Friday.

To ensure competition can continue safely, the following events have been moved indoors to the David Kachel Gym (upstairs in the Williams Center):

🏁 Wheelchair Races – Beginning at 10:30 a.m. as scheduled
🎯 Mini Javelin – Beginning at 1:30 p.m. as scheduled
📢 Track coaches are asked to attend a meeting at 10:00 a.m. at Tournament Central for additional updates regarding Friday's schedule.

We will continue to monitor conditions and share updates if necessary.

Thank you for your flexibility and support as we prioritize the safety of our athletes, coaches, volunteers, and spectators.

Good luck to our track crew that is beginning their weekend at the 2026 Summer Games in Whitewater. There's already been plenty of fun, laughs, and shenanigans, but now we are keeping our fingers crossed for nice weather and no rain. 🤞🏼☀️ Wish them good luck as they spend the next few days competing! 🏃🏼‍♀️💨👟🎖️

We had such an incredible day at our Sensory Friendly Safety Day on Saturday! 🚒🚓🚑

We loved seeing so many families come out to explore safety vehicles, meet community helpers, enjoy hands-on activities, and connect with local resources in a welcoming, sensory-friendly environment. Thank you to everyone who attended, volunteered, and helped make this event such a success. We hope you had as much fun as we did! 💙

A special shoutout to the Fox Crossing Fire Department for their partnership and assistance in organizing this event. We are so grateful for their support in helping create a fun, safe, and welcoming experience for our community!

We cannot wait to see everyone at our Sensory Friendly Safety Day tomorrow, May 30th! Did not get a chance to register? No worries! Stop by at any time during the event!

Please note that the Fox Crossing Fire Station parking lot will be closed, as we will have our first responder vehicles and activity stations set up throughout the parking lot. Attendees can park at A Child’s Imagination, Inc (signage pictured below) and walk next door to the fire station for the event.
