Hi Everyone!

Today, I had the incredible honor of presenting this year’s outing check to Stacy DeVoe from the FVTC Foundation — and I’m beyond humbled and excited to share some very special news.

We have officially reached the amount needed to fulfill endowment status for the Christian Berkholtz Scholarship! 🩵💜

So, what does that mean?

It means this scholarship will now become self-sustaining. The funds will remain invested and generate interest, and that interest will be used to provide scholarships to students pursuing their dreams through education.

And there’s an extra little piece of good news… because of the additional funds raised this year, a scholarship will still be awarded this fall, without having to wait for the endowment to accumulate enough interest for future awards.

To know that something created from such a heartbreaking loss is now becoming something that can change lives for years and years to come is difficult to put into words.

Christian’s story doesn’t end with his loss. Through this scholarship, his name, his story, and the impact he had on the people around him will continue to live on — helping others chase their dreams, build their futures, and create their own stories.

Thank you. To every golfer, donor, sponsor, volunteer, business, friend, family member, and everyone who has supported this journey — your generosity has meant more than you will ever know.

It is incredibly humbling to witness how many people continue to show up for Christian and for this cause. And it is an absolute honor to help turn his legacy into opportunity, hope, and education for others.

From my whole heart, thank you for helping us carry Christian’s story forward.

This is so much bigger than a golf outing.
This is a legacy. This dream. And this is Christian continuing to make a difference.
