Several weeks ago we had a 70th birthday party at the Grange Hall. Guests had been invited to bring an instrument along, so the day became somewhat of a jam session. Here are a few photos from when I stopped by in the afternoon. It begins with a video of Gary warming up in the morning before guests arrived. What a fun way to celebrate a milestone birthday!

A log building (see cover photo) is where the South Greenville Grange had its beginning. It sat near the corner of Hwy. 76 and Spencer Road. It was built when the area was being settled and was a place for all groups to meet. This was also the first meeting place for area churches and the first school.
