Move Across Missouri is a fun, 12-week physical activity challenge for youth who enjoy staying active and feeling their best. Registration opens January 5, with the program running from February 8 through May 2.

Physical activity supports both physical and mental health, and the CDC recommends youth get 60 minutes of activity each day. Move Across Missouri encourages healthy habits by letting participants earn points for every minute they move—whether that’s walking, biking, playing outside, doing yoga, working with animals, or trying something new. If you’re moving, it counts!

Youth can participate individually or as part of a group, earn bonus points, and work toward awards and prizes along the way. Join us this spring and make movement a fun part of your routine!
