Hi fellow rockhounders, lapiday artists and anyone loving anything about rocks !
It’s that time of the year again, our annual Tailgate is almost around the corner. This year it is the 50th Annual Tailgate so make sure you take the time to come out and find something special ❣️

Hey rockhounds! The field trip for May will be Saturday May 3rd to Lavic and the South Cady’s for agate, jasper and whatever else turns up! Meet up will be at 9am at the Hector Rd exit off Interstate 40. Coming from Barstow: exit at Hector Rd, turn left and go under the freeway and park in the dirt lot immediately on the other side of the freeway on the left. The Hector Rd exit sign might still be damaged/not in place so just keep a sharp eye out after you pass the rest area…Hector Rd is about 2 or 3 miles past it.
Bring all your regular gear: rock hammers, buckets, spray bottle, etc. also bring a hat, sunscreen, and plenty of water as it may be a little warm out there. See you there!
