A couple months ago, the Teens Who Care had their final official event, the spring clean-up of their Rosemount Adopt-A-Street. With Covid-19, typical scheduling of events was altered this year. Thanks to the following Teens Who Care for their service that day: Josh Heinrich, Madeline J, Anders K, John K, Whitney C, Justin G, and our companion Blitz. Good luck to the many graduating seniors in the Teens Who Care!!! Thanks to all of the Teens Who Care. You’ve made big contributions to many organizations in our greater community over the past 4 years!

Thanks to the Teens Who Care for helping the City of Apple Valley Fire Department by shoveling out 16 fire hydrants in our neighborhoods! The Fire Department has the goal of running water within 3 minutes of arrival at a fire. Therefore, helping to have the fire hydrants shoveled out may save lives. The sunny weather was great, but icy snow made some fire hydrants difficult to shovel out. Thanks to Yongwen M, John K, and Josh Heinrich for taking time to help the City of Apple Valley on your Saturday afternoon.
