Coaches,

I was called away for a job out of town, so we will need to MOVE the coaching clinic. However, I’d like to do a poll so everyone can vote on which day works best. This will help us get the highest attendance possible and lock in a final date that we can stick with.

We also want to open this clinic up to parents. Some parents may be interested in coaching but want guidance, direction, and support before stepping into that role. Bringing more parents and volunteers into the clinic will help strengthen our program moving into the new season.

We have a lot planned for this clinic, and the more coaches and parents who attend, the more successful we can be moving forward. There’s going to be a lot of valuable information, training, and development opportunities shared.

For those who were already planning to attend, I apologize for the change and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Please take a moment to us know what day works best for everyone.

We’re gonna reschedule the coaching clinic so we can see if we can get some more attendance. We will probably shoot for next Tuesday. I will send the flyer out soon. Sorry for the inconvenience.
