Meet Luna 🌙

Luna came to The Scotty Foundation after spending much of her life alone in a round pen. When she first arrived, she was shy and unsure but day by day, she’s blossoming into the beautiful, bright spirit she was always meant to be. 💛
Now, Luna greets each day with curiosity and growing confidence. She adores gentle pets, kind words, and of course — crunchy apples! 🍎 Watching her come out of her shell reminds us why they do what they do here at the Scotty Foundation.

Meet Murphy the chonky, charming leader of the herd! 🐴💛

He’s as chill as a cucumber and takes his role as “Prince of the Pasture” very seriously. While Murphy might take a little convincing to get into “work mode,” once he’s there, he’s an absolute angel, especially when working with children.
Murphy loves being groomed, pampered, and told how handsome he is (which, of course, he already knows 😉).

It’s not just the horses that make the ranch so special, we’ve got a whole team of adorable helpers keeping things lively around here!
✨ Jasmine the Pup is the loyal ranch supervisor who adores her dad and makes sure the horses stay in line 🙂

🐐 The goats are the resident comedians, chill, curious, and always putzing around to make everyone smile.
Every little bit helps keep the furry and hooved friends happy and healthy 💛

Healing Horses, Empowering People

Getting ready for Christmas on the ranch you can take the Scot out of Scotland but you cannot remove Scotland from the Scot
Today I made a clootie dumpling tomorrow I will make shortbread and try my hand at Aberdeen buttries , will be making a large pot of beef broth real thick the type that you could use to put concrete blocks together with, rest of Xmas food will not be that traditional we will open to help feed the homeless so will just be good hearty easy to serve things we can put out quickly on paper plates, it's not what you feed there bellies it about nourishing the soul finding a place for people with no where else to go for the day and giving them a family and the unconditional love of our animals
