The X LeVeL, Inc. The X LeVeL, Inc. The X LeVeL was founded in 2006, and we started as a youth basketball team.

is committed to building a better community by educating the youth in health and wellness, academics, leadership and giving back to our communities. After the first year, we realized that we had a responsibility to provide more than just a basketball team, so we started calling The X LeVeL a program. We re-branded the organization to begin building future leaders, stressing academics, giving back to our community and educating families in health and wellness.

Training starts today, and I’m stepping into these next 61 days refocused, rested, and ready for what’s ahead. The Senior Olympics event is on February 28th, and I’m locked in.

I’ll be sharing updates on my training, mindset, and the habits I’m building along the way. My hope is that my journey inspires someone else to stay active, stay consistent, and keep pushing toward their goals—no matter the age or stage.

Let’s get to work.
